The app is for FGX clients. Your advisor creates your account and sends you a 6-digit activation code. Open the app, tap “Activate account” and enter your email, the code and a new password.

On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?” to receive a code, or ask your advisor for one. When signed in, go to Profile → Change password. Changing it signs you out on your other devices.

Add properties under Portfolio. Your records live on your iPhone and are backed up to your account while you are signed in. On a new iPhone, sign in and choose “Use backup”. Profile → Backup shows the last sync.

Open any project and tap “Can I buy this?”. Add your residency, income and other monthly debts under Your details, and the outstanding mortgage for each property in your portfolio. Bank rules are kept up to date by FGX; results are estimates until a bank approves your application.

Choose request updates, new launches and payment reminders under Profile → Notifications. If nothing arrives, check iOS Settings → Notifications → FGX Realty.

Profile → Delete account removes your account immediately. See the account deletion page for details of what is removed.

Tell us what happened, the screen you were on and your iPhone model by WhatsApp or email. Please never send passwords or activation codes.
