FGX Realty is a real estate brokerage licensed by RERA (ORN 1487934). The website and app present projects and listings, let you contact our advisors and help you track your own property portfolio. Listing publication follows RERA advertising rules; developer projects show the developer’s published references.

Prices, layouts, handover dates, payment plans and photos come from developers and owners and may change without notice. Availability, permits and final terms are confirmed by an advisor in writing before any reservation.

Mortgage, affordability and currency figures are estimates based on the rules and rates we publish and on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, legal or tax advice and not an offer of credit. Banks decide loan-to-value, rates, fees and eligibility.

App accounts are created by FGX for our clients. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is misused or when a client relationship ends; you can delete your account at any time in the app.

Do not copy listings or photos for commercial use, interfere with the services, try to access other people’s data or send unlawful or abusive content to our team.

The FGX Realty name, logo and site and app content belong to FGX Realty or its licensors. Developer names, logos and imagery belong to their owners and are shown to describe their projects.

The services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, FGX is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made only on the basis of estimates shown in the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content; Apple’s standard licence terms for apps also apply to your use of the iPhone app.
