Delete your account

Open the FGX Realty app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”, then confirm.

Email or WhatsApp us from the contact details you registered with and write “Delete my account”. We confirm your identity and delete the account within 7 days.

Your profile, saved projects, signed-in sessions, notification devices and your portfolio backup are deleted immediately. Records still on your iPhone stay there until you delete the app.

Requests and messages you already sent stay with FGX so an advisor can complete them and so we meet record-keeping duties for brokerage transactions, normally up to five years. They are no longer linked to an account.
